What is Fin.do?

Fin.do is a global instant money transfer platform that enables anyone to send and receive money in any currency in some parts of the world.

Fin.do is not an ewallet and does not store any funds, so you do not need to create a new payment account in order to send money. Money simply moves from your bank account to the recipient’s account within seconds.

They claim to offer transparent rates and eliminate high bank fees and double currency conversions so you save money when you send with Fin.do.

To use Fin.do, just link your existing Mastercard or Visa debit, credit, or prepaid cards to the Fin.do app and start transferring money within minutes. You can send money to other Fin.do users, saved templates, your own cards, or a 16 digit card number.

How do you create an account on Fin.do?

Creating a Fin.do account is a simple and straightforward process. All you need is a compatible smartphone (either iOS version 10+ or Android version: 5+), an active SIM card, and an email address.

The registration process is quick, easy, and intuitive, and we provide in-app step-by-step instructions to help you get started.

Security is a top priority at Fin.do, so you will be required to confirm your phone number and email address and to create a 4 digit password or activate Touch ID or Face ID.

How do you add a card to a fin.do account?

You can add a debit, credit, or prepaid card to your fin.do account by going to My Cards -> Add Card. you can also add a card from Transactions. You can add a card by scanning it or by entering the card information manually.

In some cases, authorization of the card is required. A small amount of €1 (or its equivalent in your local other currency) will be charged and immediately refunded. Occasionally, refunds may take up to two days, depending on your issuing bank. The first verified card added to your account will automatically become your default card for sending and receiving transactions. You can change this by either going to My Cards in the Fin.do app or by swiping left and pressing the star icon next to your chosen card. When you first create your Fin.do account, you can add up to five cards.

All cards added to your account will be divided into two main categories:

  1. cards for sending and
  2. cards for receiving transfers.

Please be aware that not all cards added to your account will be approved for receiving or sending transfers, for example, if they only support outgoing or incoming transfers depending on the region or card type.

Prepaid cards such as Payoneer, Paygoo, etc., only work for sending money on fin.do. For each card category, a default card will be set. You can change this at any time by going to My Cards and changing the default card manually.

How much money can I transfer in a day?

When you first create a Fin.do account you will be able to transfer up to $1,500 per day or $7,000 per month per card, with a maximum limit of $35,000 per month for all cards combined.

Once your Fin.do account is verified, your transfer amount will increase to $2,500 per day and $10,000 per month per card. This limit can be higher depending on the risk assessment conducted by our risk department, with a maximum limit of $50,000 per month for all cards combined.

We recommend you check the transfer limits for each card with your issuing bank to make sure they are high enough to proceed with money transfers using Fin.do.

On fin.do, constantly monitor each transaction to detect any suspicious activity and keep our users and their data safe. If we suspect anything unusual about a certain transfer, we will contact you and request further information.

Identity verification on fin.do

Is fin.do legit?

For now, there is absolutely no problem whatsoever with fin.do, so joining is a go and it is termed legit but if you do not mind, you can probably read our conclusion on the platform.

As we have said earlier, fin.do is okay to work on. Moreover, there is bad and negative review on their app (for iOS devices), so we will advice and tell you to use their site or mobile devices instead.
